As Deputy Fire Chief for the City of Maryville Fire Department, I am proud to serve a dynamic and growing community with a strong commitment to public safety, operational excellence, and team development. With over 15 years in the fire service, I’ve built my career around advancing department capabilities, leading innovative training programs, and ensuring effective emergency response and preparedness across all levels of our organization.I currently oversee daily operations, personnel management, training and certification programs, fire prevention, and interagency coordination. I am also deeply involved in strategic planning, budget management, and the integration of technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery including our transition to next generation records management systems.Throughout my career, I’ve remained focused on building a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
