Design & Construction Professional with 41 years\' experience in Architecture & Interior design, including extensive Construction Administration (field & office) project oversight. Of his experience, he has managed 11 design-build projects spanning 17 years with design firms; one CM at Risk project; and 5 progressive design-build projects since joining Balfour Beatty Construction\'s San Diego office June 2020. All other projects, except one \'hard-bid\' library, were delivered via Negotiated Contract, with the Owner/Developer & Contractor on-board at Schematic Design. Mr. Schrader is a member of the American Institute of Architects; a Certified Construction Manager; a certified Construction Documents Technologist; a Designated Design-Build Professional; and holds an OSHA 30-Hr Construction & Safety Health certificate.
