Hook & Reel has established itself as one of the country’s leading Cajun seafood and boil concepts, with more than 70 locations nationwide. KPOT continues to lead in experiential dining by combining Korean BBQ and Hot Pot into an interactive all-you-can-eat experience, with rapid national growth toward 150 locations by the end of 2026. Kinya Ramen continues to build momentum as an emerging ramen concept, while Ugly Dumpling adds another approachable and flavorful Asian dining experience to the Vertex portfolio.
