Manufacturing Professional with over 30 years’ experience gained within the food manufacturing industry. Supplying most major retailers including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, M&S, as well as manufacturing iconic home brands and private label products having held high profile challenging management positions at 4 different European unionised sites. Extensive change management experience, employed for over 15 years helping major global businesses deliver strategic objectives, plant acquisition, integration and expansion projects. A major team member in CAPEX led investment projects including the build, commissioning and start-up of 3 brand new manufacturing facilities in the UK, Germany, Belgium & China, as well as site relocations and closures. Extensive record of being a key team member in commissioning new technologies within modern and aged manufacturing settings. I apply my early engineering background and lean methodologies as well as my experience of understanding of how to implement, develop and track KPIs, helping us to challenge the status quo and resolve issues to optimise workflows and bring significant cost reductions.
