I have run payment platforms processing hundreds of millions of transactions annually under PCI-DSS and operated in HIPAA-regulated environments where uptime and auditability are non-negotiable — while simultaneously pushing engineering culture toward AI-native development practices and higher leverage per engineer.At Paymentus I ran a 200+ person global engineering organization processing 600M+ annual financial transactions through a post-startup through IPO transition. At TSOLife I owned the full technology function for an AI/ML-native healthcare platform, stabilizing reliability and driving significant revenue growth.
