With a distribution background I have led teams of more than 300 people with budgets as high as $80 million to generate in excess of $900 million in annual revenue.I have led multiple warehouse moves and consolidations, some of which exceeded $3 million in capital expenditure. These projects were completed on time and within budget while not impacting customer service.I have more than 10 years of assembly, packaging, and manufacturing experience. All of these operations have been ran under my tutelage within the distribution centers. With $6 Million dollar annual production budgets these were true value add operations.Finally, I insist on a culture of safety and continuous improvement. I demand continual improvement in safety, cost, quality, and service out of both myself and my team. Thus providing increased opportunities for team members.
