I manage a team who deliver a service to specialist divisions within the Pharmaceutical industry in GXP temperature monitored critical areas.Specialise in; • Cold storage Refrigeration Systems that maintain and condition space between temperature ranges of +40°c to -90°c. • Chilled water systems that deliver a specified water temperature to Air Handling Plant critical for both Temperature and Humidity control.• Close Control temperature control HVAC systems incorporated with Refrigeration affect, Electric heat, and humidifier which maintains environmental conditions where product has to be stored a critical temperature / Humidity ranges.• Cascade -80 to -90c Refrigeration systems integrated with Co2 / LN2 back-up;• Manage Planned maintenance, Reactive and Remedial task;• Obsolescence reporting, plant age, condition and advisory to the difference divisions, rough estimate / budgets provided;• Management of permit to work software and Contractors;• Management of small Projects;• Asset management;• Stock management and procurement of Critical spares;• Fgas management, maintain stock levels, record management, maintain records for use of Refrigerant gases to comply with Fgas regulations;• Breakdown trending / performance / management of BMS / EMS temperature monitoring facilities;• Management and review of Risk / Method statement documentation / Safe system to work - Rescue plans;
