Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of trainers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver effective training programs in support of First Advantage’s global operational needs- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for operations agents that enhances their skills and accelerates their integration into their roles at First Advantage- Develop and oversee ongoing training, refresher, and cross-training initiatives that promote continuous learning and professional growth for all employees, with a specific focus on international and offshore teams- Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational objectives- Serve as an expert on the ADDIE methodology, ensuring that all training programs are developed using this framework- Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools and technology within the L&D tech stack to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs- Stay informed about emerging technologies and learning platforms that can improve training delivery and learner engagement, particularly for remote and offshore learners- Establish key metrics for the Learning & Development (L&D) team and ensure alignment with agents\' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Organize and facilitate quarterly town halls to keep employees informed about training initiatives, company updates, and career development opportunities- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback among team members- Act as a consultant to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to align training initiatives with business objectives- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure our training programs remain innovative and effective- Lead initiatives to enhance the overall learning culture within the organization, promoting a growth mindset among all employees.
