Co-Founded NILENT (NIL Enterprise Solutions) to protect and educate student-athletes with real life experiences and teachings from professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and industry experts. Steve Co-Founded and served as Interim Executive Director of the Young Professionals for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and was a former advisory board member of Populate Wall Street, a philanthropic endeavor to facilitate change and create opportunities for female and BIPOC executives through an intensive multi-disciplinary fellowship program. He is also a steadfast supporter of the National Canine Search and Rescue Foundation stemming from his service as a first responder during 9/11. NILENT is Steven\'s personal mission to address and fix the mistakes of his past. The combination of surrounding himself with the wrong people and poor decision making resulted in losing nearly everything- including a brief stint in federal custody. NILENT is his opportunity to help others avoid making similar mistakes while also learning meaningful, real world, education to ensure success while in college and for the years which follow.
