Roadway project manager with over 20 years of professional experience responsible for project design and coordinating project engineers and technicians involving various roadway study and design projects. I have been responsible for preparing design plans for all classes of roads and highways; determining horizontal and vertical geometrics, typicals and cross sections; designing roadway drainage systems; hydraulic analysis of waterway crossings; determining right-of-way requirements; developing detour and maintenance of traffic plans; and engaging in public involvement. I also have experience drafting with AutoCAD and MicroStation/GEOPAK, and construction cost estimating on various projects. My field experience includes conducting traffic count surveys, aerial survey control using GPS surveying, and construction oversight.
