Job summary: Responsible for providing the strategic and artistic leadership of the Performing Arts unit, ensuring delivery and development of the artistic strategy and programs for the City\'s three civic theatres and Garden Square. Responsible for ensuring we fulfill our mission by advancing artist development and excellence, audience engagement and growth, development and enterprise, a regional brand, and long-term financial sustainability. Responsible to work in unison with Brampton\'s new Culture Master Plan.
