About Steven Scaldaferri
With degrees in computer science and business administration (MBA), I started with a technical background in messaging and project management in the United States and Switzerland. Focusing on Project Management and leadership, I worked in Germany leading a team of project managers and eventually established the project management office for global methodologies and tools. As part of our global IT and Digitalization shift, I now focus on transforming the organization to embrace the DevOps & Agile culture. By providing guidance and expertise, especially in the area of agile project management, I bring passion, energy and a different mindset as I coach the organization to realize this goal. M biggest passion is in the area of Design Thinking as the global product owner for Design Thinking in BASF, I have worked to design and develop a strategy of growth to use Design Thinking methods for a variety of IT and Non-IT relates challenges around the world and elevate others to facilitate the process
