Mr. Rutland leads multi-disciplinary project teams utilizing best practices such to achieve optimum execution of complex large-scale capital projects. A thorough understanding of facility budgeting, planning, design, and construction are exhibited by his proven history of on-time, on-budget, and high-quality developments. With experience executing projects utilizing a variety of delivery methods ranging from negotiated CM-at Risk with GMP, CM-Agency, and General Contracting, he has served clientele including for-profit healthcare systems, non-profit community healthcare organizations, and mixed use hotel/office/residential developers. From complex additions and renovations to green-field developments requiring extensive infrastructure improvements, he provides the leadership and technical knowledge necessary to achieve consistent and efficient planning, budgeting, and execution of major capital projects. Emphasis is placed on adding value for clients by enhancing the performance of multi-disciplinary project teams through the use of project delivery methods that promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
