In my role as Section Manager, Brand & Digital Communications, I lead the full brand ecosystem for the Crop Nutrients business, including the growth and governance of the POLY4 product brand as it enters priority global markets. I ensure each touchpoint - from digital channels to creative assets - reflects a coherent, high quality story aligned with the wider Anglo American brand.My work blends strategy with hands on execution. I build and maintain brand positioning, messaging frameworks, creative standards and governance models, while also delivering high quality digital content, social media programmes and multimedia assets. I manage agency partners, oversee creative output across channels, and lead the development of measurement frameworks that demonstrate brand and digital performance.I collaborate closely across Corporate Affairs, Group Communications, Marketing, Technical, and Sales to deliver integrated go to market plans for POLY4, ensuring our narratives are compelling, consistent and grounded in technical accuracy.
