Broadridge is a S&P 500 US-based service company providing investor communications and technology-based solutions to a number of financial clients globally.In May 2021, Broadridge acquired Itiviti, a leading provider of trading and connectivity technology to the capital markets industry. Now rebranded as Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions, I now lead the FP & A function for this key driver of Broadridge Capital Markets growth.In my first year I successfully revolutionised the FP & A Function, rebuilding a team of 7 and integrating them and the financial reporting into Broadridge, whilst also providing far greater visibility into the numbers and drivers of business performance. I implemented reports in order to provide insight to the Executive team, allowing the business to outperform budget and grow reporting revenues at targeted year on year growth metrics. Am proud to have recently been awarded a CFO award in recognition of my efforts integrating BTCS into Broadridge and now work tirelessly to ensure the acquisition continues to grow and expand EBITA in line with management expectations.
