30+ years’ of global experience in high-tech manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and supplier management with a $30 billion company. My 20+ year tenure as a leader with a leading global engineering and manufacturing company has been exciting and successful, making me the top supply chain executive for packaging solutions, delivering substantial contributions affecting all stakeholders. I use innovative technology and disruptive supply chain solutions that improve margin, minimize the need for working capital, and reduce risk.I began my career by participating in a 4-year early leadership development position at an engineering and manufacturing company. This program afforded me the opportunity to gain experience in all functions across the business, including finance, engineering, production, sales, procurement and warehousing, and logistics. This opportunity gave me invaluable insight into the processes that influence the supply chain across the company that ultimately drive success. Essentially, I chose procurement realizing the impact I could create on a company-wide basis. It has been a rewarding and satisfying career of which I am grateful to have had global success.Having lived and worked in Europe, US, and Asia, I have had accountability with multibillion-dollar budgets, and understand the multi-geo and cultural complexity of our global digital supply chain. This experience has afforded me the knowledge of how to negotiate with multi-cultural stakeholders who may not agree on all aspects of our process, but respond to tact and recognition, ultimately compromising and cooperation. It is this successful international experience that I cherish the most and hope to pursue more opportunities to further the efforts. With my extensive success in many verticals, such as energy, medical, consumer, mobility, automotive packaging, emerging technologies, Industrial Printing and Private equity I hope to be able to expand on my global activity in the years to come.
