My role encompasses a wide range of project-related and operational activities, including:**Bid and Award Process**: Collaborating on project requirements, coordinating site walkthroughs, conducting thorough bid and scope reviews, negotiating and awarding contracts, and generating detailed schedules, budgets, and proposals.**Pre-Construction and Construction Management**: Securing necessary building permits, issuing contracts, maintaining project schedules, proactively addressing challenges, and implementing comprehensive site logistics and management plans. I also oversee project documentation, manage financials, and facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication and execution throughout the project lifecycle.**Post-Construction Activities**: Leading the punch list process, managing attic stock, conducting project closeouts, performing final evaluations, and overseeing warranty follow-ups to ensure that all aspects of the project align with client expectations. I provide daily coordination and guidance to the project team, ensuring that all members are informed of project progress and effectively fulfilling their responsibilities.**Client Development and Employee Relations**: Actively pursuing new project opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and participating in networking events.
