I am customer-driven and adept at building and leading multidisciplinary teams from all levels of an organization incorporating complex project design, market research and analysis, strategic planning, and performance management. I am experienced in leveraging a company’s unique assets to create market value and marketplace advantage working closely with state and local leaders to meet constituents’ needs while capitalizing on opportunities and eliminating factors that impede growth. Outside of work, I remain active on several boards and committees including the Interstate Natural Gas Committee of America, INGCA, and am a Trustee of the Marcellus Shale Coalition. I believe in giving back to my community and have personally developed and launched the following philanthropic programs:• Annual Community Leader Sleep Out; The Traverse City community leader sleep out is an annual event where business, community and educational leaders from region sleep outside on Oct 30 to raise energy assistance funds for low-income households. • Annual Goodwill Inn Fill the Freezer Campaign; The Fill the Freezer campaign is a program that encourages businesses and individuals to purchase livestock from the annual 4H youth livestock auction and donate the fresh meat to the Goodwill Inn homeless shelter.I am a former adjunct instructor of Energy Management Policy and Strategy to MBA candidates at Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, PA.
