At Solmedia, I am responsible for the introduction, project management and hand-over of new product developments, from concept or sourcing, to trial, feedback and references.Supplier Engagement: Overseeing communication with suppliers, facilitating training sessions, and reporting on project progress to the Sales Director and R&D Manager. I collect and utilise technical information for internal use and marketing purposes.Client Interaction: Coordinating with clients through the sales team, organizing and conducting product demonstrations (both virtual and on-site), and delivering training sessions. I ensure smooth project handovers to the sales team, gather client feedback, and provide detailed reports to the Sales Director and R&D Manager.Marketing and Documentation: Leveraging feedback and new product developments to create compelling case studies, testimonials, white papers and product brochures. This includes documenting facts and data, crafting content around client needs and solutions, and incorporating multimedia elements like photography, images, and videos. Furthermore, adding the new products on our website.
