I have successfully led the U.S. expansion of Brav, a Norwegian manufacturing company of winter sports equipment, as both the CEO and the VP of Sales, collaborating with the Norway teams on product development and corporate vision.I have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and programs that generate high-volume top-line revenue and increase market share and footprint, consistently exceeding goals and budgets. I have cultivated strategic partnerships with top tier accounts, vendors, and executive leaders, negotiating complex contracts and closing transactions for new and existing business. I have also built, trained, and mentored sales teams of 25+, inspiring excellence, accountability, and innovation. As an avid skier and runner, I have a passion for the outdoor sports industry and a deep understanding of the customer needs and expectations.
