It\'s an entire ecosystem.My background is unusual: I started as an Electrical Engineer and grew through applications, quality, and product engineering before moving into program leadership. That technical foundation shapes how I think. I don\'t just manage programs — I understand them.Over 20 years at ASSA ABLOY, I\'ve built Agile organizations from scratch, launched the company\'s first SAFe Agile Release Train, driven enterprise-wide Agile transformations, and delivered multi-million dollar programs for Fortune customers.
