ABOUT STEVEN NUNNELLEY
In 2022, Nunnelley founded Vulcan Group Multifamily. With nearly units listed in their first year, Vulcan Group is positioned to be a competitive brokerage in the Southeast. Prior to Vulcan Group, Nunnelley was a Director at Berkadia. In his first 7 months he was, Nunnelley was Ranked 55th in the company for the 2020 year. He was recruited and trained by David Oakley who was Berkadia\'s top producer before moving on into multifamily development. Prior to joining Berkadia, Nunnelley worked with Andrew Agee with SVN where he implemented CRM strategies that grow the business exponentially. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, Nunnelley was a commodity trader with an industry leading firm and thirteenth largest private company in the United States, the Gavilon Group. During his tenure at Gavilon, Nunnelley made a name for himself, nearly doubling the company’s logistics volume in the Southeast and setting record sales. Nunnelley prides himself in always doing what is best for his clients and has a passion for helping them expand their portfolios and find ways to be more profitable.
