ABOUT STEVEN NEY
Versatile, highly experienced but still curious. Drawing on my experience from a wide range of organisations and businesses across the globe, I enable agile teams to tackle wicked problems by helping them to innovate. Not only do I bring two decades worth of my research into institutional transformation to bear on complex and uncertain problems, I also weave these insights into my teaching practice at all levels. Having worked in different organisational contexts all over the world puts me in the position to transfer knowledge of what works in innovation from one organisational, socio-cultural or political context to another. In addition to designing effective formats for driving innovation and transformation, I also draw on years of experience managing teams of diverse and highly skilled people. This also encompasses leading agile innovation teams, fund raising and eco-system management.
