Provide vision and direction of Letsos capabilities by using a consultative approach to Healthcare Clients-Negotiate contracts for services rendered-Manage P&L for revenue within healthcare vertical-Assist in screening, recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring techs.Assist customers in all aspects of mechanical engineering design, layout, and implementation of newly installed systems-Construction and maintenance of mechanical systems, primarily heating, ventilation and air conditioning, which are essential to the status of the hospital-Work with engineering to fulfill needs for infectious control, patient comfort, and environmental concerns. Mechanical systems in hospitals must be designed and maintained at a much higher standard than those in a typical building-Ensure all systems are running per ASHRAE engineering standards. Discuss redundancy and efficiency to prepare hospitals with contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
