NextGen is a business resource group for JP Morgan & Chase Associates to become the leaders of tomorrow. The Texas chapter has nearly members. My role is to bring NextGen to our branch associates so they have the opportunity to network with others and grow. My growth strategy uses a combination of in person presentations, zoom presentations, and planned events.
