I am an experienced, highly competent, and capable offshore and onshore production, construction, subsea, and electrical, Health, Environmental, and Safety Advisor with over 23 years of HSE advisory experience in oil and gas, primarily deepwater and land-based facilities. I have been responsible for mentoring, leading, and assisting in the oversight of asset management in the safe production of all operational tasks, as well as developing corporate safety procedures. Before my oil & gas career, I served for 10 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Communications & Intelligence Analyst, over 13 years in operations in the nuclear industry, and 10 years in the Hazardous Materials Emergency Response field. I am highly skilled in Emergency Response, Emergency Management, Workplace Safety, Environmental Auditing, and Occupational Health. I also have extensive experience with high-voltage transformers, substations, distribution switchgears, and motor-control centers. I am highly competent with technical drawings, functional logic diagrams, and process & instrumentation diagrams.
