I am a dynamic professional with over 15 years of combined experience in banking compliance, community reinvestment, and public policy advocacy. My career spans both the private and public sectors, where I’ve successfully bridged financial institutions with community needs, driving capital into underserved neighborhoods while ensuring compliance with CRA, fair lending, and consumer protection standards. Whether advancing organizational missions or navigating regulatory landscapes, I thrive at the intersection of finance, social impact and public policy strategizing.At ANHD, I lead equitable reinvestment policy work, conducting research and analysis on bank reinvestment, financial access, and consumer protection laws. Previously, at Flagstar Bank, I managed CRA compliance, community development and asset management, overseeing more than $2M in annual nonprofit grant funding and building partnerships with over 80 non-profit organizations across the northeast. My work has consistently strengthened community relationships, enhanced financial literacy, and advanced economic empowerment for low- and moderate-income communities, immigrant communities, and communities of color.Known for my collaborative leadership style and ability to translate complex data and policy into actionable strategies, I excel at bringing together stakeholders, from financial executives to grassroots organizers, to achieve shared goals.
