Leading the investment finance function, I am responsible for all aspects of accounting, operations and compliance for a $100+ billion investment portfolio providing retirement security to the public employees of Ohio. Within the first year in this position, I led the organization through a major system implementation, leadership team transformation and custodian change. It was invigorating to roll up my sleeves and perform accounting closings and complete year-end activities including the annual report. With the leadership team reconstructed, we have turned focus to driving operating effectiveness and efficiency.
