I\'m a Specialist Adviser on ICT and Cyber Security Technologies to the Social Housing Sector, Charity Sector and the SME marketplace in Scotland. I\'m known for being professional in my dealings and for being friendly and approachable.I have been a trusted IT adviser to the Social Housing sector (and other industries) for over 30 years and know the challenges they face on a daily basis very well. The proper use of technology helps RSL\'s and Charities to achieve strong business outcomes and stay compliant.I really enjoy engaging with prospects and clients to help deliver good outcomes through the proper use of technology. I like nothing better than to sit round a table listening to people talking about their ICT challenges and business aspirations and coming up with workable solutions for them.I joined Lugo in March 2020 after an enjoyable period of running my own business for 16 years at ITFA followed by a spell of just under 3 years, after a merger, as a Director at Brightridge where I brought over my longstanding IT clients and services in to the merged business.Lugo has turned out to be a great place to work for me with a fantastic culture of staff well-being and inclusion. We are now a 34 strong team of qualified ICT engineers and consultants based throughout Scotland.
