I am a Cloud Transformation and Operating Model leader with 15 years of experience delivering complex, secure, multi-year cloud and AI programmes across Defence, Security, Central Government and Financial Services.As Deloitte UK’s Lead Subject Matter Expert for Cloud Operating Models, I design and implement the organisational structures, engineering models, governance frameworks and workforce changes needed for organisations to modernise at scale. My work spans Cloud Strategy, DevSecOps, ITSM, risk and control frameworks, and enterprise-level AI adoption.I have built and led high-performing teams of 50+, run operating units, and generated multi-tens-of-millions in revenue through major transformation programmes and high-value bid leadership.
