ABOUT STEVEN MCCOMIS

I am a Senior Program Analyst at St. Michael\'s Inc, a leading provider of strategic guidance and support to defense and security clients. With over twenty years of combined experience in intelligence operations and analysis, I deliver agile and data-driven solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of intelligence engagements, interagency collaboration, and acquisition targeting.As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Financial Intelligence Specialist, I apply best practices and methodologies to manage complex projects and optimize resources. As a former Intelligence Engagements Officer at USSOCOM, I have a deep understanding of the intelligence community, counterterrorism, and counter-proliferation. I have successfully managed a portfolio of interagency and international intelligence partner engagements, facilitated foreign materiel acquisition and exploitation, and led strategic communications initiatives. I am also a Naval War College graduate, a U.S. Army Colonel (Ready Reserve), and a holder of two master\'s degrees in national security policy studies and human resource management. My mission is to apply my leadership, management, and intelligence skills to help clients achieve their goals and overcome their challenges.
