My role is to get the assets ready for letting or on occasions for sale. I do this by leading teams of consultants and builders. Once complete I hand the asset to the relevant part of the company. Our proven process, developed since 2001, uses our expertise in planning and development to get you the most money for your property.Our team responsibilities include the existing operations and development of new assets for the property portfolio- Creating policies, processes and organisational structure for the successful operation of the existing portfolio - Identifying and developing external consultants, contractors and sub contractors - Identifying and negotiating potential sites/assets through both agents and developing off market opportunities- Development appraisals, including the ideas for the site/asset, applying for Planning approvals- Development of marketing through the creation of a brands which include creating websites, social media and Agent relationships- Delivery of construction projects with standardised scope, maximising value whilst achieving the quality to the brand aspiration- Development of standardised Leases, Tenancy Agreements, Tenants and supplier handbooks - Development of tenancy management software, ticketing systems and booking systems all interlinking through Microsoft Visio process maps- Successfully managing people and assets through the development cycles
