In May, ADM Sold the Crop Risk Services Division to Validus Holdings. The entire team went to the new company and ADM and Validus have a long term agreement to continue the Integration Services Team via a marketing services agreement which keeps Crop Risk Services attached to the ADM brand for a long time to come. The team is the same, the passion is the same, the system is the same and the connection to the Great American Farmer is the same and our connection to the ADM brand is the same. Validus adds the expertise in the overall insurance market that we were needing to achieve our long term goals.
