My time at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region has given me valuable relationships and a deep understanding of the business world and military community.I thrive in high-stakes situations where innovation is the key to success. My leadership skills were honed in the military where I led operations and the affairs of over employees, and transformed processes through lean principles, saving over $40 million in defense budget funding. My experience working in over 55 different countries has given me a unique appreciation for diversity and a global perspective.At Operation: Red Dot, I am dedicated to solving the US military\'s housing crisis. As Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day activities of the business, manage its resources, and ensure efficient and effective operations.
