I get involved in all types of research for clients, internal and external and I write incisive market reports to present to clients and conference audiences. I assist clients in identifying who should be occupying their building, whether it\'s a single building or a massive redevelopment scheme. I like meeting innovative companies, with a direct (or indirect) relevance to real estate and this has been a major drive recently. Overall, an all-round \'market facing\' analyst.I joined Savills within the UK and European commercial research department in January 2002 and I have nearly 20 years experience in real estate research. I am primarily responsible for Savills\' research and consultancy for office property markets.
