As Climate Corps Director I manage the Climate Corps team and the work within SEI’s Climate Corps program. Oversees the full spectrum of SEI’s innovative early workforce programming, along with leading some projects outside of this program. I support SEI’s growing team and programmatic engagements across the country and direct all phases of the furtherance of this program, including program design, strategic partnerships, budgeting and fundraising, implementation, reporting, external presentations, and amplification of outcomes.*Directed the Climate Corps Fellowship Program, expanding to 46 organizations in 2024 and achieving a 98% rate of fellows continuing in clean energy careers.*Built partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, local governments, and non-profits to integrate workforce strategies into climate action plans.*Led initiatives to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into all program designs, increasing BIPOC representation among fellows by over 40%.Speaker: Institute for Energy Studies-Western Washingtn University: Building Climate Leaders
