Currently serving as the Program Analysis Cell (PAC) Team Lead at Cloud Lake Technology, I manage a high-performing team supporting the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) under a Department of Defense contract. My role involves leading cross-functional collaboration across financial, surveillance, and contract support teams to ensure data integrity, timely execution of interagency agreements, and readiness for system transitions such as G-Invoicing and CDX integration.I oversee the intake, validation, and analysis of GT & Cs, 7600As, mods, and task orders, while developing SOPs, performance dashboards, and streamlined workflows that boost operational transparency and accountability. I facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly syncs with senior leadership, and strategy meetings focused on enhancing long-term fusion cell capabilities.
