Provide support to the DOE INL and DOE-Nuclear Energy QA program, which includes support to HQ QA functions across all DOE Laboratories and partner universities, as well as special project support (e.g, to Environmental Impact Studies and major pre-decisional analyses).Provide quality assurance related program management oversight and guidance as well as corresponding support and required interface with DOE-ID representatives and DOE-Nuclear Energy HQ personnel related to DOE support to Fuel Cycle Technologies (FCT) work managed by NE-5.Support and perform multiple QA Program Document (QAPD) Reviews & Revisions (Drafts) for the DOE-NE Fuel Cycle Technology (FCT).Support coordination of QA Reviews at Lawrence Livermore and Oak Ridge National Laboratories.Manage a database of QA Point of Contact (POC) qualifications at all National Laboratories.Draft official correspondence for the NE-5 QA Manager.Provide technical reviews and analyses to the FCT Fuel Cycle Options Task supporting both the Evaluation & Screening Team (EST) and the Independent Review Team (IRT).Ensure that DOE-NE’s QA Program is compliant with all Federal QA requirements and policies including ISO 9001:2008, 10 CFR 830 Subpart A, DOE Order 414.1D, and ASME NQA-1.Develop and review of quality assurance guidelines or plans and other QA related activities.
