ABOUT STEVEN KARPENKO

Steven Karpenko is a senior business advisor, management consultant and coach with extensive experience in supply chain, business analytics and enterprise scale-up. He has advised senior executives and private equity sponsors on product development, supply chain strategy and tactics, lean processes and strategic accountability. Steven\'s consulting and advisory engagements cross a wide variety of business and industry sectors including digital health, advanced manufacturing, logistics, education, retail, eCommerce and financial services. Steven\'s experience in commercial lending and business advisory has sharpened his methodology for lean scaleups and financial turnarounds, both requiring hands-on approaches to optimizing revenue, cash flow and EBITDA.Prior to being a Senior Export Advisor in 2017 and joining Trimingham International in 2005, he was head of e-commerce for Clarke Inc, a supply chain integrator serving retail, wholesale and manufacturing customers across North America. Steven also held senior positions at the Business Development Bank of Canada, Lycos, Canadian Tire Corporation, and Canmax Retail Systems.Steven has authored multiple books on personal development and leadership and has co-owned companies in technology, eCommerce and health science. He is also an Adjunct Faculty lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Bishop’s University, starting in 2005. Steven\'s original executive training programs include the \"CEO Accelerator,\" Success Starts Here,\" and \"Exponential Profit Mastery.\" Steven is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), International Trade Professional (CITP | FIBP), Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Coach with an MBA from York University and Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop\'s University.
