Provide strategic and operational leadership for an SSO-only (Single Source Organics) Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, aligning plant performance with organizational standards for safety, reliability, and long-term asset value- Lead the stabilization and optimization of anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading and waste water treatment systems operating under high feedstock variability and contamination risk inherent to source-separated organics- Establish performance management frameworks focused on operational reliability, digester health, gas quality, and sustainable throughput improvement- Direct cross-functional teams across operations, maintenance, environmental compliance, and laboratory functions, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement- Oversee feedstock management strategies, including receiving, preprocessing, and contamination mitigation, to protect biological systems and downstream infrastructure- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action programs to address process, mechanical, and biological challenges while minimizing downtime and production volatility- Ensure full compliance with environmental permits, air quality standards, RNG specifications, and regulatory reporting requirements- Manage operating budgets, maintenance strategies, and capital planning to support lifecycle asset integrity and scalable facility performance- Collaborate with internal leadership, external partners, and feedstock stakeholders to improve inbound material quality, operational predictability, and overall system resilience- Champion data-driven decision making and operational best practices to transition the facility toward repeatable, high-confidence RNG production.
