Manage and direct national coverage counsel in all declaratory judgment environmental actions including Manufactured Gas Plants, Superfund Sites, Generation Outage, Global Warming/Climate Change Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, Asbestos Litigation, Coal Ash Litigation and Hydraulic Fracturing Litigation. Responsible for timely and appropriate reinsurance reporting. Responsible for the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures including the drafting and updating of several Procedure Guides.
