As the Planning & Design Lead, my mission is to create best-in-class veterinary hospitals that elevate the quality of medicine, enhance client and patient experiences, inspire our partners, and drive meaningful business impact. I collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, architects, contractors, and national vendors to design and develop veterinary hospitals that reflect our brand’s vision and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design process for renovations, expansions, relocations, and new hospital developments.• Develop and implement a strategic design framework to ensure consistency, efficiency, and innovation across all projects.• Oversee and support design partnerships with real estate, construction, facilities, and hospital operations teams.• Oversee the development and maintain prototypical plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with codes, branding, and marketing standards.• Establish and manage external consultant partnerships, including bidding, negotiating, hiring, and training processes.• Manage the function of the plan review process, interpreting and communicating design feedback to consultants and construction managers.I am passionate about crafting purpose-driven veterinary spaces that blend functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency to support exceptional patient care and business growth.
