As a Product Lead at National Grid, I leverage my engineering background and strategic sourcing expertise to enable the adoption of distributed energy resources (DERs) and support the transition to clean energy. I have over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy sources such as wind, solar, battery storage, demand response, and electric vehicles.I manage the procurement of energy from DERs, enabling market participants to generate additional revenues in NYISO and ISO-NE markets. I also coordinate with internal teams across Distribution Planning and Asset Management, Customer Programs, Control Center Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Digital Risk and Security. My goal is to provide customers with improved data and insights into their energy use via smart meters and to determine how National Grid plays the role of the Distribution System Operator (DSO).
