   I am an Asset Manager for Ivory Innovations and the Clark and Christine Ivory Foundation, where I help advance innovative solutions to housing affordability and strengthen communities through lasting impact.At Ivory Innovations, I support efforts to catalyze housing solutions by working with students, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders through initiatives like the Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability and Hack-A-House. In Utah, this mission comes to life through the development of hundreds of affordable housing units each year.The Clark and Christine Ivory Foundation extends this work by investing directly in individuals and families. Its focus on education, affordable housing, and sustainable communities creates opportunities for people to build stability and advance economically.Much of my work is centered on Innovare Properties, where we go beyond housing to build communities where residents can truly thrive. In this role, I ensure our neighborhoods are well-maintained, residents are supported, and our team is equipped to succeed. I also guide new developments by contributing to planning, design, and market research, while working closely with city officials to move projects forward efficiently.I oversee community quality by supporting warranty needs, collaborating with HOAs, utilities, vendors, and city partners, and ensuring that homes meet the highest standards. Additionally, I serve as Regional Maintenance Supervisor, where I support our maintenance team, coordinate vendor partnerships, and manage our OnCall process so residents receive timely, reliable service.Through this work, I help create places that are not only affordable but also vibrant, connected, and built for long-term success.
