Representing HARMAN’s Corporate IT Department to the Europe Northwest region and acting as the interface between Corporate IT and the local site management. Responsible for the governance of IT service operations provided by external IT suppliers and ensuring that IT services are delivered according to the contractually-agreed service definitions and Service Level Agreements. The following Countries are considered as Europe Northwest: Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France and Spain
