My name is Steven Haahr and I’m a health and wellness professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the fitness-tech arena.I developed my skills through studies in human biology, human kinetics, nutrition, and business at Wake Forest University and the University of Southern California.I’ve an extensive background in fitness, including roles at Equinox and EXOS, I have catered to high-profile clients, athletes, and performers, excelling in athletic training, personal coaching, and rehabilitation.My focus on fitness and technology transitioned into the realm of virtual production, where I’ve worked with brands like American Speciality Health, Active & Fit, LIT Method, Barry’s Bootcamp, and others to produce virtual content in the health, wellness, and fitness spaces. As the founder of Power-up Performance, I’ve offered holistic health services encompassing physical, nutritional, and cognitive facets, with a particular focus on the emerging realm of Esports and Digital Content Creation. I currently head operations and shape the creative direction at iBalance Machine, a breakthrough synthesis of fitness, wellness, and technology. We leverage functional core training for performance, rehabilitation, and rejuvenation.
