The Company provides both full development and consulting services, which consist of, but are not limited to: market analysis, financial analysis, site selection and analysis, equity and debt financing packages, design coordination, entitlements, approvals, acquisitions and dispositions, project oversight and operational management services.Co-founders Noah Leon and Steven Guasch met while pursuing their Master of Science in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University, where affordability and attainability were often topics of discussion, and it became clear that there was a void in the marketplace. To fill this void, Noah and Steven began formulating their business plan and structuring the Company accordingly, and Defined Companies was officially launched in August 2017. With their combined talents, socially responsible philosophy, development experience, local market knowledge and professional network, Defined Companies has established a foundation for success and is slated to provide high-quality developments for years to come.
