I truly enjoy my role as a member of our outsourcing and governance team and I’m always ready to take on new projects within the Comcast footprint. Being in this leadership role has provided me with the platform to implement an innovative style of building partnerships - imploring positive reinforcement and relationship building initiatives in order to inspire our employee-base and help drive operational and qualitative excellence.I credit being selected to our Link to Leadership program in 2014 as a huge factor in my leadership development and growth as a leader. The Link-to-Leadership program is a Comcast Corporation program that targets high-potential, non-supervisory employees, and is a 6-month program with two 3-day learning sessions. Prior to being selected as a candidate for the Link to Leadership program, I received Comcast Corporation’s Bow Tie Award (Circle of Success) for the fourth quarter of 2010 and was a Regional Spirit Award Nominee during the first quarter of 2013 and very much relish the opportunities I have been afforded and grateful to be apart of this amazing Company.
