The strength I bring to any organization is my agility adapting to situations and producing results. If you were to talk to those I have worked with, many would say I bring innovation that makes complex processes easier for those who execute. The roles I have at McDonalds have given me the opportunity to impact at the individual level and levels in between up to impacting system results. It has been rewarding to see those I have trained and counseled achieve roles that they aspired to. Through talent management, succession planning and employee engagement employee satisfaction scores are at an all time high. Labor relations and employee relations are strong skills I bring to any organization. Employee turnover is down significantly compared to the industry and candidate applicant flow is up 40% over the highest 3 month period previously. These results are outcomes of vendor management and process improvements.Project Management is also a strong skill that I would bring to any employer. These skills include vendor selection, stakeholder relationships, IT specs, operational viability, pilot testing, deployment and end user training design/execution. Skilled in mergers along with integrating former franchise sites into company owned authority along with divesting company owned sites to franchise owned authority on a large scale.
