Coordinator of the United States Attorney’s Office’s District-wide Civil Rights Enforcement Program. Established and have been the driving force behind the District-wide Civil Rights Enforcement Program, which has included, conducting extensive community outreach and engagement, personally handling multiple complex civil rights cases, and guiding and reviewing the work of less experienced attorneys. Case work has resulted in significant settlements with major covered entities.Provided civil rights training to AUSAs in my district and other districts, including being a member of the faculty at DOJ\'s National Advocacy Center’s civil rights program. Served as the mentor for multiple new attorneys to the civil rights enforcement practice.Recipient of multiple awards recognizing my civil rights work, including EOUSA\'s Director\'s Award, The Arc of Loudoun\'s A Life Like Yours Award and Here2Hear\'s Outstanding Community Leader Award.
